| NYS Department of State Requirement |
The NYS Department of State requires that any employee who assists with the installation, maintenance or service of security or fire alarm systems must be fingerprinted within 24 hours of employment. Support personnel in administrative positions that have access to sensitive information are also required to be fingerprinted.
| | Any employee found to have been convicted of a felony or have a criminal action pending MUST be terminated immediately per the NYS Department of State.
