EAS relies upon the accuracy of information contained in the employment application, as well as the accuracy of the other data presented throughout the hiring and employment process. ANY misrepresentations, falsifications, or material omissions in any of this information or data may result in the exclusion of that individual from further consideration for employment, or if the person has been hired, termination of employment.
NYS Department of State Requirement
The NYS Department of State requires that any employee who assists with the installation, maintenance or service of security or fire alarm systems must be fingerprinted within 24 hours of employment. Support personnel in administrative positions that have access to sensitive information are also required to be fingerprinted.
Any employee found to have been convicted of a felony or have a criminal action pending MUST be terminated immediately per the NYS Department of State.
